Terms of Service — Medialy Agency

1. Scope of Services

Medialy Agency provides digital services including web strategy, design, development, and related consulting as described in each project agreement.

Deliverables, milestones, and timelines are defined per proposal. Client feedback and approvals may impact timeline and release dates.

Fees, invoice schedule, and payment deadlines are agreed in writing. Delayed payment may pause project progress until the account is current.

Revision rounds are included as specified in the scope. Additional changes outside scope may require revised timelines and pricing.

Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party tools, libraries, fonts, and licensed assets.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medialy Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to service use.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of the current terms.
